Is Traffup a much better way than Twiends to improve your social network?

In my previous article I have talked a lot about  traffup's capability to provide effective, useful and free traffic to your website. And I have also tried to compare it with twiend's website section. But now that twiends have removed its website section, it would not be right to compare both of them in respect of increasing website traffic.

Twiends have had its run, it was considered as a tool to bring free traffic to websites. I used it for a very short span of time, and for the first few days, I must say, I was very impressed to see my google analytics graph soaring up. A lot of my friends, including me, also bought credits in order to promote our website. It was becoming very boring to view those irrelevant websites, displayed without any category, to get free credits to promote our websites. Purchasing credits were a bit cheaper than google ads and facebook ads, so we had a go at it. And, I too spent a lot of money on it.

But with passage of time, all the loopholes in Twiends were apparent. Especially, in the website section of twiends. People didn't visit the websites for actually seeing it or to read the contents of it, they were just interested in earning free credits through viewing our websites. And they used to view it again and again, atleast 10 times within 10 minutes, just to earn credits. All this not just wastes your hard earned credits but also brings irrelevant visitors to your website.  Thus, the website traffic provided by twiends website section was:

• Ineffective;
• Irrelevant; and 
• Included mostly fake visits.

 And a few months ago, Traffup was launched as a tool to bring free traffic to the website, both, instantly and effectively. I was skeptical before checking it out, as it was someone based on the same principle of twiends website section. But checking it out wouldn’t have cost me anything. So I went ahead with testing it, and I must say I was blown away by it. It was

• Stronger
• Better
• Faster
• and, most importantly, more useful than twiends.

And hence began my comparison between these two websites.I was planning to draft an article on the comparison between these two websites. But before I could write anything, I noticed twiends removing its website section from its website. I have my own reasons of why they would have removed it:

1. Launch of Traffup can be considered as a set back for twiends website section, which was enjoying its state of monopoly earlier. Earlier, people had to use Twiends to increase their website’s traffic. Even though, they were not happy with it.  But the launch of traffup, gave them one more choice. Or should I say, a better choice to actually increase their website traffic, in a clean and effective way.
2. Twiends website section had a lot of loop holes. Me and a lot of other people complained to Davis about this. And may be a lot of other people too did the same. This would have created a lot of pressure on them to remove this section.
3. Twiends is enjoying the success of its other two sections (Facebook and Twitter). They decided to give youtube section a chance. As the popularity of youtube could bring more people towards twiends then the website section. But with the launch of Traffup's Twitter section, the competition in the area of getting free twitter followers have increased tremendously. 
4. Website section is a technical section, where users comprise of experienced web masters. Just showing them a jump in the figures won’t make them happy. They need everything right, from bounce rate to number of unique visitors. That was not the case with twitter and facebook section as people were happy with seeing an increase in their twitter and facebook page following. So that might have leaded them to remove this section for some time.

The exit of twiends and the success of traffup is a big evidence of the fact that Traffup had overpowered Twiends in that brief amount of time, when they both were competing with each other. And now that traffup has launced its twitter section (which is still in its test phase), the competition between traffup and twiends has again emerged.  Traffup is leaving no stones unturned to provide an effective way to provide free twitter followers.

And I have to say, despite less user base of traffup's twitter section, it is the best way of actually inproving your twitter following. It asks a user while registering that why should any other user follow him/her? This is a very nice way to provide solution to the users who are confused about who to follow on twitter?
